What makes for a meaningful life?

What makes for a meaningful life? We are sold a lot of messages about this. Do more, be more, feel good.
Those things are held out as the key to a good life. But what if in all of those strivings we lose sight of who and what really matters to us? Values allow us to take back ownership of our lives, to create a life oriented around what really matters to us. They are about what we personally would choose to make important in our lives. Join me with my awesome guest, clinical psychologist and author Jenna LeJeune, Ph.D. in exploring what it means to live a values-based life and how doing so can bring a sense of meaning, purpose, and vitality to our lives.
